BRAND CAMPAIGN COMMERCIALS & EXTENSIONS

I helped produce these University of Florida Health brand commercials and extension videos with our internal team, our partner ad agency, and an external production crew. I provided insight on how best to craft the story arcs, and I interviewed the subjects in the extension videos. I was also on location to provide production support and counsel.

Corey's seizures were the result of a scooter accident he'd suffered a few years earlier, in 1997, when he was just a junior in high school. Once the seizures started, they never went away, worsening over time, despite the medications prescribed by doctors in his hometown, Melbourne, Florida.

Some people will explain transplant as a second chance at life. For Izabella Neira, a heart-lung transplant was her only chance for survival. Using a multidisciplinary team approach, University of Florida Health physicians at the UF Health Congenital Heart Center designed a treatment plan especially for Izabella's rare congenital disease.

PATIENT TESTIMONIALS and MORE

I produced and directed these videos, as well as had the privilege to interview the subjects to draw out their stories. I worked with my internal team of directors, videographers and editors, and, in some cases an external production crew, to arrive at the final products. Some of these stories were used to help raise awareness of UF Health’s and/or UF’s programs and services, and connect with other families and patients who might be searching for answers or relief.

audio PODCASTING

Many years ago I developed Shands HealthCast, an audio podcast series where I interviewed key physicians about their unique services and outcomes. As you can see from other areas of my site, I have produced additional podcasts of a different stripe. Recently, I produced, but haven’t released publicly, a podcast for UF Health that I hope we can turn into a feature series. Though this podcast has not yet hit the market, it represents the type of work I do in this area.
